Swimming pool is used a lot by local clubs so difficult to get to use it of an evening.

Per questioni pratiche abbiamo scelto Telford, che però come città ci ha deluso, offre solo un grande centro commerciale, null'altro che valga la pena per fermarsi qui, a meno che non ci si sposti a visitare i dintorni.

The bed could have been better quality. I could feel the springs a bit through the top of the mattress.
GBThe hotel was in a really good position for going into town, shops near by. Our room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Parking was good.
The tea in the rooms consisted of only breakfast tea. As I don't drink breakfast tea it was disappointing that there was not herbal or fruit teas on offer, especially after a long drive. Reception informed me that I could get some from the bar, however, I wasn't prepared to pay £2.50 for a tea bag. For me the bed was a little to firm and the pillow was also to firm, resulting a less comfortable sleep. This, however, may be different for others.

We booked the hotel as it had a swimming pool. However, nowhere did it say that the pool was only accessible via 3 flights of stairs. Being a disabled guest this obviously caused upset.
