La Playita

Had an amazing time there! Easy access to restaurants, beaches and Puerto Rican people. Definitely will be back! :)

This view is breathtaking but it is more on the low budget type establishment than anything else. I didn't stay there because I had acquaintances on the nearby big name hotel chain on the main road. So, I'll give it a 2.5 stars.

My second stay at La Playita did not disappoint.

Nice low key hideaway right on the beach. Very casual. Great hotel dog. Near the airport so you hear the planes constantly. Clean but the property is run down. The continental breakfast is a joke but plenty of good restaurants nearby to walk to. I'd stay again but its not for everyone

If a person wishes to stay at a small and economical hotel right on the beach then I recommend LaPlayita...

The view from the back patio was amazing! The lady that met us to show check us in was nice. The room was tiny, which we expected. The decor was not pleasing, the bed was up on some blocks. The shower never got warm, much less hot. I couldnt find a plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer. A little updating and could be back to its glory. If you go in knowing this it could be ok. We were just sleeping in it not spending much time in it so it was ok.

We were there only 1 night, the room was nice and the staff ( forgot her name) was very nice. It’s walkable to beach and places to eat. I will definitely stay again for longer period.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff and clean hotel with a nice garden. Not a lot of space for parking but can park on the street, the hotel staff is not available at night for checking in, other guests are waiting as well.

Enjoyed my stay, parking was a little tough when I got there but not bad during weekdays
