Staff was nice and moved us to a different room.

When reservation was made no one mentioned that this location was under construction. Our "newly remodeled" room's AC/Heat was broken and ended up transferring rooms at 11 pm at night. Not fun.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered for a comfortable experience (my name was on the TV!). The hotel's amenities, the pool, hot tub, and gym, were outstanding and truly enhanced our trip. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning on our next visit to Pescott Valley.
