"Very Good"

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful, very helpful and kind.

Room seemed a little outdated but did the trick. The pull out couch could not accommodate two adults, luckily we only needed for our kids.

The price.

Everything. Pool was disgusting. Hair everywhere, rocks at the bottom of the pool, dead bugs everywhere. Very strong smell of chemicals though, that was the only plus I guess. Front office lady wants to do bare minimum & told me she was just going to quit her job when I asked for pool towels. Room was absolutely disgusting. Hair all in the tub, toilet seat. Animal hair all over the baseboards. Candy wrapper left. Walls were disgusting. TV turned on but wouldn't work. A/C smells musky, so I assume it's full of mold. Floors weren't mopped cause I used their white teal to clean up water from the pool & it was disgusting. Beds felt comfortable but stains were on the comforter set. Since I wasn't eligible for a refund, I just took my deposit back & left without staying.

"Good hotel with many nice features"

The area felt safe with options close by for eating, shopping, gas etc. The hotel breakfast was a nice assortment to choose from including hot items like sausage, eggs and waffles. It was a nice touch to have popcorn in the lobby and citrus infused water and coffee/tea available all day. We did not get to use the pool on our stay so I cannot comment on that. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I booked a suite that was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When we got to the room it was one King bed and sofa bed(which was stained and overall looked very uncomfortable). I asked about being moved as we needed 2 queen beds. We did get a new room but it was not a suite (we really needed the extra space as we had an infant). I was not reimbursed for the extra money I had paid to have a suite since I had booked through Booking.com
