Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile Daphne/Eastern Shore

Front desk girl was very nice since they gave the room that I booked away.

I booked a King studio with sofa bed thru Booking .com. When I arrived they said they had overbooked and gave my room to someone else. I was given a 2 double bed room. I am still not happy at all. I will not ever stay at a Fairfield Inn again. It is terrible that I can’t depend on getting the room I book. I shouldn’t have had to pay since I didn’t get the room that was booked.

The staff was so friendly

The pool was dirty and it smelled nasty the water

Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs. Seating area was full, could use more room . Plenty of time was allowed for serving breakfast.

Only one hand towel in room that was booked for two, no tissues in room, no liners in the trash cans in the room

Great friendly staff at all times during our stay.

Bathrooms are a little outdated and could use an upgrade. Outlets covered up on bedside

Booked on Booking.com. Upon arrival staff stated that they don’t think they had any available rooms. Something about dirty rooms being show as available even though they are reserved. Waited in lobby delaying dinner plans as they tried to see if they could find room. Eventually found a room and we checked in. It was also unfortunate that police and coroner’s office were removing a body at the same time. Registered for 3 ppl and only had 2 towels in the room. In the morning went to desk to get another towel and was told they don’t have any and “they are not ready yet.”

When I get there they did not have my room had to move over to the courtyard with I had ... Took more money off my credit card and I still have not got back yet what a experience.... Very mad still waiting on this money to be put back never had this problem before at all.

The bathroom very nasty ...floor wet table had oil all the room was very nasty

I loved all the staff members very polite and respectful and helpful
