"For a short stay you can't beat the Barclay Guest House....definitely go back again."

close to all amenities and trains and buses. 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to town centre. Though very close to everything it was very quiet around the property. The owners could not do more to make your stay enjoyable. Good breakfast available though I did not have it. Plenty of bars and cafes/restaurants nearby. You are even allowed to take takeaway food back to the property as long as you keep containers away after (not many places allow you to do this). Even bottled water is provided FREE in a fridge on 2nd floor.

Absolutely NOTHING to dislike. Everything you need was provided.

"Fresh air and screaming seagulls"

I love the location just a short walk by the pier and lovely fresh air

Thin walls make it too noisy and seagulls screaming all night on the roof kept me awake

Very clean and very well presented Guest house. The host Kirsty was very friendly and inviting and catered for all me and my family needs. The breakfast is very tasty too. I definitely will visit again and I will definitely recommend to my friends too.
