The hotel was fine for our 1 night stay. The lobby of the historic hotel was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom fixtures sparkled as if brand new. The room was just a little sterile and tired

Cool historical hotel. The guy at the front desk was not rude, but was definitely lacking in people skills.

For us, this was a treasure and we look forward to returning again when we can spend more time in Harrison and Buffalo National River. It is a unique hotel with lots of charm. The rooms are smaller and it does not have the same amenities as chain hotels but it was built in 1929. It’s on the National Registry and we found it to be a delight. The staff was wonderful!

This is a very old historic hotel. But it has been well maintained and is a perfect place to stay! I love that it has mini splits in the rooms. The bedroom can be one temperature and the living room can be another. I have stayed here more than once and the staff is always so friendly and helpful!

I like the 1929s decor in the common areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not like that the elevator was out of order and I was on the third floor and had to carry my luggage and bags.
