How comfy the beds are and that they had tea that helps you sleep. They were able to put us in another room when they had a ladybug infestation.

The original room we had it had a lady bug infestation but they are getting them taken care of.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Overall excellent service.

Convenient location, comfy beds, clean, quiet, and a nice hot breakfast.

Low toilet, I got a bad knee.

We stay here every year, and this year was by far the worst. We never have any issues, but this year the rooms were dirty. Our first room was slept in and someone’s stuff was still in there. Our second room has this poop.? Like stuff on the bathroom door frame, and nasty stuff in the freezer in the fridge. As a house keeper I look for cleanliness when I stay at other hotels, and this did not meet my expectations this year unfortunately. We usually love this hotel, and unfortunately didn’t take pictures of the first room because I thought someone was still occupying it.

Quiet and easily accessible.
