Coastal Pods Wynyard

We really liked everything about the place. The location was perfect, the staff were super kind and the room it self was just perfect.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we arrived late, minimising our time at the beautiful place.

it was beautifully decorated and had everything that you wanted including a coffee machine

The coastal pod was a real surprise - absolutely stunning decor, amazing views, well equipped with everything we needed. We self-catered so our cooking experience was great - the laundry/dryer was also really convenient for us to do a full wash of clothes half way through our trip - we soaked up the water view from the lounge room while our washing dried. The soaking tub in the Starboard pod was sensational! Loved the little reading nook room - enjoyed reading a book while watching the world go by. A really special place - well priced for what you get.

It is spacious, close to town, staff was very helpful. Had a minor problem with an outside light and they came over immediately to fix it.

Peaceful, quiet, could easily have stayed longer than five days. The pods would also be a good base for taking day trips further west and south-west. Loved that our cabin had a bathroom and entrance ramp set up for disabled guests. Well equipped kitchen. Books, game cd's provided Amazing view of river and dock. Within easy reach of restaurants and walks. The pod would be just as good in the winter when it would be cosy with plenty of heating and an interesting winter view to observe when not playing games or resting in the library nook

I'm slightly disabled and couldn't get out of the couch and lounge chairs as they were too low. Restaurants closed at 7.30. (This is not your fault, but a note in your information folder about early closing would be helpful.) We had to go to the supermarket and make a scratch meal in the pod the first night)

Fabulous location. Novelty of staying in a converted shipping container. Everything was thought of, chocolates delicious. Easy walk to The Vaultgor a delicious dinner.
