The property was well maintained and clean and the staff was very friendly and helped us during our stay The amenities were top notch and the villa management made sure we had a lovely time during our stay

The property lacked a full mirror inside the villa which would’ve helped when getting ready

The water pressure was a little stop start, but not much of an issue The bed was pretty stiff, but not too bad. The timing for the breakfast sometimes came a bit earlier than the requested timings

Es war ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Tolle Villa, tolles Personal. Das einzige ist die Lage, die nicht ganz so gut ist. Man kommt aber per Grab Taxi überall schnell und günstig hin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

We had a very comfortable stay at Bali Prime Villa Seminyak from 01 January to 04 January. The villa was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were extremely supportive and always ready to help. A special mention for the free shuttle service, which was very convenient for our daily needs. Overall, it was a great stay and we truly enjoyed our time with our family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay in Seminyak.

The house is big and pool is nice. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfast was ok and the timing was always as we requested.

First of all, i did not liked the towels and the sheets. Even if they were clean, it seemed dirty, because for sure they were overused. The A/C in the room was not working properly. The villa looked nice, but it needs some improvements/ renovation. The doors from the room to the pool could not easily be opened. Quite far from the city center.

FABULOUS !!! The villa is so “Bali” … outdoor bath shower, lovely well maintained gardens and beautiful details to the finishes. It is clean and truly spacious. Everything you need for self catering as well as an onsite restaurant for convenience (sadly only operated until 2pm). The large fridge is great to have and crockery etc is new and stain and chip free. Bed is comfy and super large linen and towels white and soft. From arrival to departure staff are respectful tentative and warmly welcoming doing everything to ensure your stay is exactly what you expect. Thank Decknorudel Agung Ayu (garden and pool person sorry I didn’t ask your name) you were exceptional in your services. An airport shuttle is offered. Motorbikes for rent. Would love to have stayed for a month.
