Anantara Mui Ne Resort

Visited this resort in Nov 25 and everything was on point from friendly and very helpful staff to excellent room facilities and great dining experiences. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort. Staff were very attentive and service always delivered with a smile. Room was very comfortable. Set up beautifully when we arrived for my husbands birthday. Even had a chocolate cake with candle. Such a wonderful surprise.

So we have had the most amazing 4 days staying in. Beach front pool villa, so worth the upgrade to have the ocean right in front of your bedroom window. The grounds and setting of the hotel are wonderful, the staff attentive and kind, the only draw back we really had 2 that wardrobe, draw space. Or should I day totally lack of. We had absolutely nowhere to put our bags the space was so tight. The room could and should be re configured to remove the totally useless bath, that would take a week to fill and not enough hot water and enlarge the closet space.

What a lovely introduction to our tour of South Vietnam and Cambodia trip booked via Imagine cruising. Our first three nights were at this hotel. On arrival we were given drinks and a complimentary shoulder massage whist waiting for check in to be completed There was complimentary fruit and drinks awaiting us in our room. Also as it was our anniversary whilst on this trip they gave us a beautiful cake, that tasted so light, and a cocktail each. The bed was decorated with flowers in the shape of a heart The room was large with a big bathroom, double sinks, bath and separate shower. The food at the hotel was amazing. There's so much choice. My taste buds were introduced to so many different flavours. Everything was nicely presented and so fresh. We were booked in as bed and breakfast, apart from one evening meal arranged by the tour company which was a set menu. On another night my husband was in heaven with the wagyu beef which was accompanied by the best pepper sauce he's ever had. If you're going to have evening meals and drinks there it might be worth looking if they have other options beside b&b as the prices were more expensive than we expected The hotel is set on the beach. The pool overlooks the beach so you've got both options if you want a swim. It's a very popular place for water sports such as kite surfing which was great to watch The grounds and gardens are very well cared for and a lovely walk through them spotting species of birds and lizards I haven't seen before. The biggest mention must go to the staff who were delightful, so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. They will put a smile on my face every time I think of them

Beautiful hotel on a stunning beach. I would like to thank the manager for making my 18th Son's birthday special too. There was a good variety of food. Amazing welcome with a back massage , cake and drink. Nothing was too much trouble. If I was nit picking the only thing would be to lower the prices of the food/ drink and the restaurants would then be a lot more busier and on par with outside the hotel.

Arriving at Anantara Mui Ne with my Dad,I had high expectations given I’d stayed in your hotel in Hoi An five years ago.You did not disappoint.From the first greeting of your wonderful efficient front office staff,to the housekeepers,spa staff and restaurant waitresses we felt completely relaxed and well taken care of.The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and peaceful with stunning landscaping and wildlife set next to an immaculate white sand beach. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable,the beds were really comfortable and the showers awesome. We would like to thank your Executive Chef for the magnificent cooking class- sharing authentic Vietnamese specialities and patiently showing us how we can recreate them at home. Though we only stayed two days we are feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the next leg of our holiday to Nim Binh Thank you to everyone who made this such a memorable stay-we will definitely recommend to our family and friends in New Zealand

This well laid out hotel with a fabulous situation facing directly onto the beach was fabulous in so many ways. The rooms were comfortable with spacious balconies overlooking the tropical gardens with lots of gren trees and shrubs. There are rooms with sea views. The staff were helpful and friendly and did their utmost to enhance the guest stay in the hotel. The breakfast area/ dining area overlooking the lotus pond and the pool in the distance was so picturesque. The choice at breakfast was overwhelming and I wish we had stayed longer to appreciatte the vast choices. The pool area and gardens are also gorgeous and service by the pool outstanding. The beach is large and powdery sand and I enjoyed swimming in the sea. There are various restaurants and bars within easy walking distance if one wants a change of environment. However all the food we enjoyed in the hotel as well as elsewhere. Overall we would be happy to return and spend more time in this hotel. Thank you to all of the staff in the hotel.

We decided to spend our entire Vietnam stay at Anantara Mui Ne, and boy, was that a brilliant decision! This place doesn’t just offer luxury — it offers heart, warmth, and genuine care. The Heart of Our Stay – Ms. Be No words are enough for Ms. Be, our butler and one-point contact throughout the stay. She was simply amazing. Anything we needed — literally anything — we just had to message her on WhatsApp. She was always there, quietly ensuring that everything was perfect, yet never intrusive. She even went out of her way to get a bag of rice for my daughter, who had an unfortunate incident with her phone. Every evening, she would pass by our villa to check if all was well, without ever disturbing us. The level of service she offered was just incredible. Arrival & Check-In Experience We used the hotel transport from the airport, which was extremely comfortable. The welcome at the resort was beyond anything we expected — not only were we offered refreshing welcome drinks, but also shoulder massages! Since our villa wasn’t ready yet, we were comfortably placed in another room for an hour. When we finally moved to our two-bedroom pool villa, we were welcomed with a cocktail, and from that moment on, everything was flawless. The Villa – Thoughtful Luxury Redefined Our villa was stunning — spacious, elegant, and designed with thoughtful details at every corner. There were two entrances, a temperature-controlled pool, and all the little touches that make such a difference — mosquito repellent, torches, umbrellas, towels by the pool, even water bowls to rinse your feet before entering the villa. The beds were incredibly comfortable. When we mentioned the lack of lighting in one of the rooms, a new light was installed immediately. One thing that really impressed me was how every staff member removed their footwear before entering — such respect for culture and such attention to detail. Housekeeping – The Unsung Heroes The housekeeping team was, without doubt, one of the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Every evening, they provided a beautiful turndown service and left behind little local sweets. Their consistency, warmth, and quiet efficiency made a huge impression on us. The Pool & Beach The main pool was fantastic — spotless and always attended to by friendly lifeguards who were happy to chat and help. The pool bar offered light snacks and refreshing drinks, perfect for lazy afternoons. The beach itself was pristine, calm, and ideal for long walks or quiet reflection. Watching the sunrise here was nothing short of magical. Breakfast & Dining – The Culinary Highlight Breakfast was the icing on the cake. The spread was just brilliant — I don’t think we’ve seen a better one anywhere. The variety of cheeses, breads, fruits, local dishes, teas, coffees, and mimosas was mind-blowing. We often spent nearly two hours at breakfast every morning! Lunch was hardly needed after such a feast, and dinners were equally impressive with delicious à la carte options. Tran, who took care of us during our meals, was wonderful — always attentive and kind. Every member of the team here doesn’t just aim to satisfy you; they genuinely want to delight you, and that’s what makes the difference. Spa, Gym & Other Touches The spa was good but didn’t quite have the same magic as the rest of the resort. The team there was professional, but the experience could be warmer and more personalized. The gym, on the other hand, was excellent, though it could use slightly better lighting at night and perhaps one more bench. A small suggestion — it would be a lovely touch if departing guests were offered water and a small snack for the drive back to the airport. Final Thoughts This was our first Anantara experience, and what a way to begin! Every single person we met at this property went above and beyond to make our stay special. The level of hospitality, care, and attention to detail was extraordinary. Anantara Mui Ne, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. We left with full hearts, completely relaxed, and deeply grateful for an experience that was nothing short of magical. We can’t wait to visit more Anantara properties around the world — but Mui Ne will always be the one that started it all.
