We had a nice experience , the staff were very friendly and the accomation was ok .

No supply of a box of facial tissue and only 1 towel for washing hands for 2 people use. 2 weeks stay should supply 4 toilets tissues, instead of only 2 rolls of tissues

Staff were excellent. Location was very handy with a beautiful view of the Esplande. Very secure

My only complaint was only stair access and no lift

Location was good- not too close to city centre, so therefor a little quieter….. only a 20 min walk and if your not up for the walk, only $10 with uber…. Which were never longer than 7 mins wait

Facilities were great- bbq, pool, gardens and location. The actual apartment was great- everything we needed and great view 👍👍

We checked in over the weekend; staff wrote me to inform they aren't at the desk on weekends but sent great detailed information on how to check in. Nice location, quiet and next to a hotel which made for easy pick ups for tours that offered it. There were three of us and we all slept well, enjoyed the view and appreciated having a clean place to come back to. We only got one key, so on the day we split up we had to arrange amongst ourselves who would have the key and ensure they were home so we could be let in. That was easy enough for us to do, but may have asked for a second key if we were staying longer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
