Waterfront Terraces

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Stove top didn't work but that was fixed the next morning. Nice pool for a swim. Travelled with one adult and two teenagers. We thought it was nice.

Family of four (two adults, 11 + 13 yr old kids) in 2 bed unit. Had everything we needed, nice to have milk and cold water in fridge. Loved the balcony had a sea view and could see the pool to watch kids having fun. Watched bats flying home to roost when we were up at dawn because of jet lag. Kids loved the pool and one of the managers helpfully opened a big sun umbrella over it for us. Car park close to unit.

Unit was a little dated and worn, up three flights of stairs bit tough on the knees but was expecting it after reading the reviews.

The location of the apartment is excellent - just next to the promenade to walk into Cairns. The apartment was very spacious. We had a veranda overlooking the garden so we could see the see. Whilst we didn't use it the pool looked nice. The gate onto the road is locked and so you get a sense of safety. The washing facilities were also excellent. This is a really nice apartment to stay in when visiting Cairns.

Great location,spacious and clean,quiet at night - Heather was very welcoming - a bit dated but it is not a negative l would definitely stay again

The beds, old and needed urgent replacing of mattresses. Unable to do alternate bed configurations either.
