"Senza infamia e senza lode"

Colazione buona e varia, dal dolce al salato. Possibilità di accedere h24 alla macchina per il caffè.

Staff poco efficiente, abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto perchè, pur essendo presenri alla reception ti fanno fare self check in e out che però non funzionano. Pulizia delle stanze ogni due giorni( e non ci è stato detto) quindi, avendo soggiornato due giorni la nostra stanza non è mai stata pulita. Avremmo dovuto richiedere la pulizia quotidiana, ma al momento del check in(dal momento che te lo fanno fare online) nesssuno ci ha avvisato di questa opzione.

Beds are so uncomfortable, urgent needs change and room (beds) are small for Family with two kids. We did not sleep all night...
