The area was great next to stores and food. The beds are extremely comfortable! I love the face they had dove products as well.

The floors and elevator was muddy and dirty from construction workers, the staff was a little edgy and short as well as not really sanitary… asked for an additional cover and pillow and when we went downstairs they had it sitting on the counter in which we left to meet family and when we returned the same cover and pillow was sitting on the same counter and they handed the covers to my mom… it had been sitting out for a few hours.

When I initially called to cancel my reservation because the hotel.disnt have water the attendant answers the saying only 'hello.' So, I wasnt sure who I called. During my stay multiple times employees were having personal conversations including the use of profanity, and weren't dressed professionally. You would've be able to identify them from a guest in their pj's.There were bugs in my room, hair in multiple towels. The heat had to be on about 82 otherwise the air was cold. Wish I had stayed at the Hampton.
