Convenience. Sometimes Road noise was loud. Walk to everything.

Older plant near TV could be thrown out.

The walls were paper thin. Very simple inside - minimum on everything - used to getting more for our money. The lounge was tiny tiny - Dangerous to exist the driveway as parking space on the left blocks your view even when turning left. South Pacific and Outrigger are better.

"Amazing location and very comfortable stay"

It was comfortable and very centrally located. Great views of the river from our courtyard. We really enjoyed our time. John and Sue were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
