Location was good, courtyard was good, beds were comfy

$8 charge for washing machine and $8 charge for dryer. The washing machine left one lot of clothes streaked with washing power and lint, the dryer (after clothes were washed) made the clothes smell awful. This was brought up with the owner who said the machines had been serviced and the dry per was new. The owner did not come back to us with any solution after this was bought to his attention. Due to the weather the unwashed clothes hung in our unit on a clothes airer smelling terrible. Our room was serviced twice in this time and on one of those occasions we came back to windows that had been opened which was a security issue. We did receive some of our money back for the washing once I followed up on the day of checkout, however as we paid nearly $500 a night for short notice accommodation we were unimpressed with the state of these machines and lack of customer service when we complained. Additionally we were provided with one roll of toilet paper for 4 people and the television didn’t not work when we tried to turn it on the last night. The accommodation also advertised late check out which we requested but were told was not a possibility.

Good Location, Friendly Reception & very clean & comfortable beds. All round an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. We used the studio for a base as we were out adventuring most of the time but was great to come back to and relax after a long day.

The TV in the lounge didn’t work and a dish cloth wasn’t provided one day. Nothing major, still stoked with my stay.

Absolut netter, hilfsbereiter und großzügiger Gastgeber. Kiwi-Gastfreundschaft in Perfektion. Ebenso perfekt war das Zimmer, welches geräumig, gut geschnitten, sauber und komfortabel war.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Give us free towels to help us getting fix my leaks inside my car.

Back garden wan not clean and tidy.

Clean, spacious and very comfortable
