Beautiful apartments ,spotless clean

Great location, apartment had everything you could need and beds were comfortable. Pools were great and activites were great. A Massive shout out to Raquel and Nia(not sure how to spell her name)😁They are amazing at there job,great fun and energy to the place and so lovely and supportive to the kids. They are a credit to Royal Sunset. Thank you girls. Staff in place in general are all lovely

Only bad thing was the ants in room and presses on food. 3times had to report to reception but in fairness staff dealt with it straight away and had someone to room in minutes. I do understand the heat and smell of food too. And the queing for sunloungers is abit annoying. But I always got where I wanted once was down before opening time of 9

It's a classic holiday apartments resort. All the apartments are around the pool in the middle and it's a good size well maintained pool area. We have stayed there many times as my elderly parents love it. The staff are very friendly and remember us each time. It is well equipped and maintained. They make a great effort with my older guests like my parents and are very patient. The location is also great as it's opposite the many bars and restaurants and the path down to the sea. It's quite a busy area but the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The pool bar is great for food in the day and drinks/ice creams.

The main restaurant/bar is often not open, so you do have to go out for dinner if you don't cook. They have introduced a new rule of no balls or inflatables in the pool which is not popular with guests. As often you just want to float about and the pool is big enough. And small balls are generally fine and yet everything is banned even for little children which is not great. Their response is to "go and play with those things in the sea" but I don't agree with this - it's very different. The gym could do with updating, lots of the equipment is very old or broken - it's not well maintained even though it is popular - it seems the owners see it more as an afterthought. As the guy who works there is really nice but you can see he is limited in what he can provide. The worst thing is the sunlounger situation. There are signs that are ignored as no rule is enforced so people put out their towels and by 9am you are lucky to get a sun lounger and definitely not an umbrella. People are queuing at 7am by the pool area (it has gates) to go in and put out their towels! Often the people do not then turn up until 12 or later despite signs saying its not allowed to reserve sun beds. This is a more important rule they should be enforcing than the balls/inflatables. They also need more umbrellas as its so hot and there is little natural shade.

The property was in a great location, extremely clean and staff were great.

Surprisingly the sofa beds were very comfy. No problems at all with anything and was very nice area to be.
