관광지로의 이동이 편한 위치에 있어 버스 지하철을 타고 이동하기 좋았음.

방에 냄새가 많이 나서 들어갔을때 불쾌하였으나 공기청정기를 빌려 달라고 하니 바로 갔다 주었다. 있는동안 내내 틀어놓고 지냈다. 룸의 냄새를 제거할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 좋을듯하다.

All the staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially several of the concierges, who gave us good advice about transportation in the city. Special mention go to Yang Li Xin and Eric. I had an issue regarding wi-fi access on my laptop, which the hotel’s IT specialist, Liu Yang, kindly fixed for me promptly. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel offers a wide selection for breakfast. In spite of the drawbacks below, which relate to the building design rather than the management of the hotel, I still recommend staying at the Intercontinental.

(1) The room has no ventilation. Consequently it got so hot inside that we had to strip to the underwear when we got to the room (no A/C in April). (2) Without ventilation, the air in the room smelled somewhat bad. It is probably for this reason that housekeeping sprayed the room with a chemical every day, which gave my wife and me allergy symptoms, especially during the night. (3) The bathroom fixtures are so futuristic that it was difficult to figure out how they worked.

Great place with really good service. Dana and 杨利新 did a very good job to make us feel welcome.
