Avoid this hotel if you value comfort and service If you want to suffer during your next hotel stay – this is the place for you. Here’s my story: I made my reservation six months in advance with one simple request – a top-floor room, if possible. When I arrived, the check-in clerk, Sabrina, greeted me with the most bitter and unfriendly expression I’ve ever seen. Her face said it all: you’re not getting any service here. Under the excuse of “fully booked,” we were placed in the worst room in the hotel — right next to the kitchen. From 6 AM, the smell of cooked ham filled the room. The noise from the elevator, gym, and the nearby highway never stopped. Asked for help? Forget it. Every staff member seemed to come from the same “school of bitterness.” Zero service, zero effort, zero care. To make things worse, we weren’t the only ones complaining — several guests shared similar frustrations during our stay. Bottom line: They didn’t even try to resolve the issue. If you value sleep, respect, and basic hospitality — stay somewhere else.

Everything was so nice and clean. Staff great service

Breakfast was good. The first morning was on the weekend and was very busy. Staff got food out quickly and efficiently. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was great and friendly.

Sunday morning, we came down for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and many of the food items were out. The one staff member stocking the food was doing his best to keep up, but extra staff to help keep up with the extra guests would have helped.

Everything is alway nice at this hotel! Staff are friendly and place is very clean! We will keep going to this hotel!

Everything was excellent. It was a quick trip for us. But, I’m sure they were excellent as always.
