Overall, the property was nice. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and that's what we got. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't flush correctly. I called to inform the front desk and was told that they would aend maintenance up. An hour later, maintenance still had not arrived. In our way out to dinner, I told the front desk again that the toilet wouldn't flush properly and was again told that she would send up maintenance. We came back 3 hours later and wend to our room. Not surprisingly, the toilet still would not flush, even if I held the handle down the entire time. This time, when I called the desk, i was told that maintenance had left for the day. They didnt have another double queen available, so she offered to move us to a king room. Since we needed a working toilet, I agreed to the move. I was agitated because we had already unpacked. I think was agitated me more was, that for my trouble, I was offered a free soda from their store. Even though they sell the sodas for $7 each, it probably costs them no more than $1. So for all the trouble we went through, we were comped a whole dollar. Very disappointing.

"Quiet hotel off interstate."

Very friendly, well trained staff. Starts at the top. Very accommodating. Air conditioning is below window, Air blows directly on bed. The rest of room does not get adequate flow. Housekeeping was overwhelmed by full hotel. Did not get room freshing every day. Unless we asked.

"Basic hotel-good for a 1-2 night stay."

Pros: comfy bed, hot showers, nice and cold in the room, unique little couch Cons: shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles needed to be secured to the wall (they looked like they would fall off if you used them) when the AC kicked on, it did make noise. There were no USB ports in the room, the entire hotel needs new carpet. There was no full length mirror-only the one in the bathroom. Lastly, the hallways were very warm.
