Comfort Suites At Kennesaw State University

The location

Both of my rooms toilet seats were loose, we had to move out of our first because of how dirty it was, the tub in my first room was disgusting like the cleaner just ran through it, my second room the pull out bed had red stains all over it. We went down to the desk and the nice guy gave us some clean sheets. There was roaches in the second room. The expiration date on the elevator said 2025. Both rooms were dated and need updated and pest control. Overall stay I’ll give it a -2 out of 10.

Didn't even go into our room due tongue front desk person and the lack.of any available parking.

No parking available due to several trucks taking up 4 and 5 spots. Desk clerk told us to park in a spot at the end of a very dark lot tjat is clearly marked no.parking or you will be towed. We parked in front of his car out of tje way of traffic pattern and told him. We would move in tje morning and we were told to move and tjat waa employees parking. He also didn't confirm. My identity when I checked until I asked him if I wanted to see it. Due to no parking and not feeling safe about walking to front of from a far distance with my daughter I asked for a refund. I was refused . This is the worse experience I have ever had at comfort suites. I have filed an complaint with booking. Com and will contact the daytime mgr.

Great room with comfortable lounge area. Clean with large walking shower.

One cleaning lady came out to our truck concerned that we left a suitcase in the room. She was sweet.

Bathroom had open bar of soap in shower!!!

Staff were accommodating and they were easy to get in touch with. We ended up having to switch rooms due to the first one being dirty and they made the process very easy. I appreciated that. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The first room we were checked into had a bad smell to it, and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but the surfaces had not been wiped down and it appeared that the room had not been vacuumed. This was kind of disappointing. I also tried to use the gym equipment, which was not a good experience. They had one treadmill in the hallway. I’m assuming it was out of order. They had two in the gym area. One would not turn on the other one was very sketchy. The side of the machine actually popped off when I was running on it and the machine actually shut down. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades and some cleanliness. The parking was also odd as it was a long narrow parking lot.. you cannot park closer to the building and are unable to see your vehicle from the hotel.
