Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson

The location was close to many attractions in the Branson area.

Unfortunately, the pool was not available during our stay.

Great place to stay I recommend it for anybody

Clean, fairly modern, newer beds, great fitness facility, helpful staff, overall great place to stay for a vacation in Branson.

Our room was great, excellent location and very quiet. The entire pool areas (indoor & outdoor) was closed due to some apparent storm damage. It would have been nice to know that before booking! Since I booked nonrefundable, I could not change it!

We thought we reserved a two queen bed unit. When we got here we found it was one bed and one couch. I think maybe this got switched when the hotel called about the pool situation. I was going to cancel the reservation but they offered me a room with a balcony - I think they called it a suite so it seemed like an upgrade. Some members of the family were quite upset. I called the front desk twice explaining the situation. I looked extensively through my emails and found some downloads about the reservations but none included the original reservation which was for two queen beds

Great views, villa clean and an enjoyable stay.
