Staybridges Suítes São Paulo by IHG

I have been staying at this hotel now for several years and things are slowly getting back. However, the historic internet connectivity problems haven't been resolved. If you need reliable access to the internet for work, you will have problems. The hotel is still being refurbished and the restaurant has not been done yet, so breakfast is served in a maze of small rooms on the first floor. The breakfast food also is the same every day and the options available are very limited. Artificial juice is served, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category and price. The location is great, with restaurants, shopping, bars nearby.

Great hotel in Itaim Bibi. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern and offer amazing views of São Paulo. I had a couple of issues during my 4-night stay but the guest service team solved all of them immediately. Downsides: my bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast room gets pretty busy as it isn’t large enough to accommodate all guests when the hotel is busy. I would still recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Excellent location. Did have a difficulty with our reserved suite, which was not ready at check in, only several hours later. The staff was kind and helpful

the suite was very comfortable. Excellent lighting everywhere. Very comfortable furniture. A food plaza connected to the hotel with excellent restaurants as well as fast-food chains. Convenient to Parks and business centers.

I enjooy my stay there. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD, close to everything I need in SP.

The hotel is nice enough and good sized rooms. The wifi was v poor and often dropped out. Breakfast was the same every morning and limited.

Overall my stay here was pleasant. Checking in and out was quick. The personnel is friendly and speaks English. There are plenty of elevators to get around if you happen to be on a high floor like I was. The room I stayed in was good, it had a comfortable bed and loved that it had a kitchenette. Also loved my view and the balcony to get some fresh air. The Bathroom is a little small and smelly. I am not sure what it was but seemed to have a sewage smell. This hotel offers free breakfast and really think this has to be improved as there are not many options. The only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausage, the good thing is that it is conveniently located so going around to local shops can be done.
