Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Hardeeville-Hilton Head by IHG

The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Good variety of food and staff attentiveness. When we first drove up to the hotel we were put off by the area it was in but other guests showed up and we decided to stay. Our room was okay but they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. The elevator needs to be fixed as it lands hard with noise as it stops at ground floor. This was certainly not what we were expecting for a Holiday Inn.

Kenyata at the front desk was informed, friendly and helpful. She made us feel like valued customers. The breakfast was terrific with so many options, even with a broken pancake maker.

The room felt a little damp.

The hotel needs a complete renovation. It’s dirty, drapery has stains and holes, furniture has scratches. A complete dump

Bed sheets were dirty, hair in the shower, contacts on the floor, it was just over all dirty.

The room was covered in visible mold, I arrived so early/late I didn’t see it, the room was damp and smelled of must and mold, dirty rooms. I wanted a refund this place was gross. I received my pet deposit back and that’s it. Very disappointing, barely slept made my clothes/items damp and smelly. Expected the manager to do more.

Our room was clean, comfortable and we got a good night's rest. Kenyetta at the front desk recognized us as Platinum Elite members and upgraded our room to a suite! Thank you! She was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!
