Great location and shuttle to the cruise ship port. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good.

One room in our group was not made up when they gave us our key at check in.

Excellent restaurant on site, Alessandro! Great food. Excellent location to the Civitavecchia Port. Shuttle service was amazing to get to the port for our cruise.

When we opened up the one room assigned to us, it was not cleaned at all. A housekeeper needed to be called back in to clean the room, which wasn't ready for another hour or so.
