Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Las Cruces by IHG

The breakfast was of the usual standard for this type of hotel, rooms are a good size for a family.

Unfortunately there was renovation work taking place, so both the pool and gym were unavailable. The knock on effect was that there was dust in the corridors. It seems the hotel could do with some TLC and if that is the purpose of the renovations they should enhance the hotel. We unfortunately were visiting the hotel at the wrong time.

The suite was spacious

It was under renovation so amenities were unavailable and the carpets, walls and interior in general was dirty due to the construction. Hopefully for the new look when it's done.

I reserved a suite with one king and two double beds. Days before I received a call indicating my room would not be available due to renovations but I agreed to get two rooms with double beds that were conjoined or right next to each other but when I arrived the two rooms were not next to each other but down the hall so the night was uneasy having my children down the hall. I was so very unsatisfied. I called to express my concerns I was told I would get a call back and still have yet to receive that call. Not to mention water was leaking from the ceiling in the main lobby

The room was great and the staff was friendly.

Parts of it were under construction including the breakfast area, so they curtailed the breakfast hours. But it was still a great breakfast.

Hotel is undergoing remodel. I am sure it will be nice when it’s done but currently it’s kind of shabby. My room was good.
