Own Buzios Beach Hotel

Hotel com boa infraestrutura! O banheiro coletivo foi meio assustador (sim reservei na pressa😅) mas pareceu experiência de clube. Quarto espaçoso bom ar condicionado porém um banheiro privativo faz falta. Localização privilegiada. Melhor que já fiquei em Búzios.

A estrutura no geral é boa.excelente localização. Mas tem alguns pontos q precisa melhorar muito. O CHEK-IN muito demorado, a recepcionista q nos atendeu acredito q estava aprendendo, mais de 30 minutos, mais pedi um chek-out tardia e atenderam. Outra coisa ruim, é não ter uma televisão nos quartos e suites. Estavamos na area da piscina, e tinha barata andando pelo corredos externo vindo de um quarto. A piscina não era de azulejos, pintada, que estava descascando dentro d'água. E não tinha toalha p ser usada na area da piscina, se eu quisesse uma , tinha q pagar. O café da manhã é bom mas supuer limitado a um menu. Um buffet lhe dá liberdade de escolha, prefiro. O visual do hotel e legal e aconchegante, os quartos bem confortáveis.

Excelente pleasant hotel at walkable distance from shopping and restaurants area. Huge room with fridge and comfy queen bed. Highly recommended as a choice to be next to where things happen in Buzios

Great location, nice place and decoration. The only thing to improve is the cleanness of the kitchen and the rooms, they clean every 3 days and the day that our room had to be cleaned they did it very late.

Hotel was beautiful ,in the center of Buzios ,2 blocks from beach. Come with breakfast.comforable bed . Pool Jacuzzi, sauna large bed launge by each room . Staff excellent after check out they held our bags and let us shower at ghe end of day before we had to get ride bome at night

Only complaint is no complementary water at a 4 star hotel

Nice amenities, but did not supply any water whatsoever to drink

We liked the modern, quirky artwork all around the hotel.
