For us, the location was excellent, with the city centre accessible within a 5-minute walk. The room size was acceptable, and the cleanliness was good.

The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was not what we expected. Our room was also noisy when the window was open.

Zajtrk v nastanitvi sicer ok, če si bil dovolj zgoden je bila ponudba kar pestra. Če si prišel kasneje je zmanjkalo skoraj vsega, dopolnili niso, čeprav so obljubljali.

"Perfect location"

The staff in the hotel were very nice, polite and helpful. Hotel is in the perfect location and is clean. Good food and breakfast. Room was perfect for our needs.

The bar staff in the even, and the following afternoon were under alot of pressure. Definitely could've used 2 staff members each day. I witnessed the afternoon staff member quite stressed as they tried to serve in the cafe area and serve drinks in the bar area. It seemed overwhelming. The pillow in the room were awful!

"Centrally located, friendly staff, pretty noisy and pricey"

The hotel was adequate overall, but there are a few important drawbacks to be aware of. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also okay, with a decent enough selection. However, the hotel was quite noisy and is probably not suitable for light sleepers. The room doors let through a lot of noise from the hallway, the electricity board made noticeable sounds, and the windows faced a main road, which added to the overall noise level. Another thing to note is that the parking is not in the same building. It is located a few minutes’ walk away, which may be inconvenient if you have luggage or arrive in bad weather. Taking all this into account, I think it is overpriced. Overall, a reasonable stay if you are not sensitive to noise, but I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet room.

"Galway was an amazing town with lots of history. We loved the pubs/music scene."

Great location, breakfast, bar and close to city centre and medieval town. The local music in the pubs was amazing.
