Eyre Square Hotel

Five adults travelling, we had 2 rooms, one with twin beds, the other with one double and two twins. Wonderful stay! Location can't be beat, close to everything. Breakfast was great. We had a couple of hot days and room was very warm, no a/c in one room but other room had a/c and we had fan for the room with no a/c. Only negative is the carpet on the floor in the 3 bed room is old and needs replacing but room was very clean and spacious. Other room had newer floor and no carpet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Location was great and the lobby and bar appeared as expected. However our room was old, had cobwebs and did not come as pictured. The staff worked to change rooms for us, which we greatly appreciated. The new room was more recently upgraded. However it was quite dark, the blind was old and didn’t work well, and the air conditioning did not cool the room. Overall, the room did not appear as it did in photos.

Excellent location, super close to train station and walkable to many attractions, very nice room, breakfast was great, lunch very good, seafood chowder was amazing. Our room attendant was so helpful, I am sorry I forgot her name but she was incredible and the hotel is lucky to have such diligent staff, I just remember her saying she was / is originally from Lithuania. She is fantastic! Made our stay for certain. Loved the experience

Walking distance from the square and Latin quarter, a perfect spot. We were happy to finally have A/C. A luxury item we missed after 5 days of above average warm weather for Ireland, where the other hotels lacked A/C. Breakfast was average. Water in the shower was all over the place temperature wise. Water also ran out onto the floor due to a poor design. Staff was very helpful and friendly. You get a 50% discount at the QPark, which is nice.
