O chuveiro não estava funcionando bem. O café da manhã caiu muito de qualidade (alimentos frios, os bolos não pareciam frescos, tinha mesas sujas com garrafa de whisky da noite anterior).

Adoro a localização e o atendimento.

Sinto que precisa de uma reforma, desde 2010, frequento este hotel, e nunca mudou. Outro ponto que tem incomodado, por 2 vezes, funcionárias entram no quarto, alegando verificar frigobar. Uma das vezes, uma delas entrou no quarto. Isso é irresponsável da parte do hotel. Esta verificação deve ser feita após o check-out.
