Gehobener Standard mit leichten Verschleisserscheinungen der Zimmerausstattung. Lage des Hotels etwas nicht so praktisch. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig aber es kommt vor das man Speisen vom Vortag wieder am Buffet vorfindet. Beim halben Brotlaib noch ok aber bei Wurstscheiben schon nicht mehr appetitlich. Insgesamt aber dennoch ein gutes Hotel

除了酒店位置离地铁站比较远以外，其它都挺好。房间够宽敞、早餐够丰富、室内泳池有25米长，也够大。

整體環境優雅很棒的游泳池與健身房，房間很大。

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was great and any issues I had were resolved quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious and had everything you could ever need. Complimentary bottled water was very much appreciated. The housekeeping was lovely - one of them even folded my clothes neatly. My bathroom flooded when I first used the shower but it was quickly fixed and cleaned by the staff. The only thing I could complain about was the design of the room. Because there was a window pane and a large desk blocking the window, it was very hard for me to open/close the window and blinds. I had to climb up on the desk so I could reach the handle and curtains.(see photo) I ordered takeout a few times and had to go downstairs to the lobby to get it - delivery drivers weren't allowed up (which is understandable) and the hotel staff didn't do deliveries, unfortunately. This was a minor thing but would've been nice not having to go downstairs every time. I used the gym during my stay and it was nice and clean. There were free weights which is quite rare for a hotel. I really appreciated the cold towels from the mini fridge - it was a nice way to cool down during the workout. All the machines were for upper body though - would've been nice to have some lower body machines too.

Very good hotel with large space

i forgot my passport, cards, and some cash in the safe of my room when i checked out. i realized it 4 hours later at the train station. i called the hotel and the lost and found department sent two people to retrieve these items and even offered to send it to the train station so that i could take the train. i decided to leave items in their office until i come back. two weeks later i come back and get these items without any problem. really appreciate the excellent service of the hotel!

蠻近地鐵站的 很多餐廳選擇 旁邊也有大型商場

清掃も丁寧な印象で、タオルが清潔でよかった。 クラブラウンジのスタッフは責任者がいないとかなりダラけている。ポーチドエッグは作り方を言わないと、トーストに乗せて提供されない。 フロントスタッフの英会話は独特な言い回しと発音で少しわかりづらい。となりにショッピングモールもあり便利。北京の中クラスホテルとしては良い方と思います。

Well kept property maintaining a good standard of cleanliness. I've stayed at several Crowne Plaza's in China, and the cleanliness/maintenance can vary considerably. If you English is your language of travel, you'll find other brands will be able to service you better. If you have made efforts to speak some Chines, you'll be just fine. Hotel is next to a mid-range shopping mall, with some dining options and a grocery store in the basement. If you're in search of a pub or lounge after a long-day of work, you won't find much around here.
