Residence San Lorenzo

Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia ragazza, presso il residence San Lorenzo e devo dire che abbiamo trovato un persoanale davvero gentile e disponibile alle nostre esigenze... La camera finemente arredata aveva un terrazzo davvero unico, l ' appartamento l ' ho trovato davvero molto pulito ed accogliente , spazio verde all 'esterno della struttura .La struttura è in ottima posizione , vicino al centro di Desenzano, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Molto curato il parco con la piscina. Parcheggio auto. Posto bellissimo un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Bella la location e clima tranquillo. Ti accolgono come se fossi di famiglia.

Appartamento davvero bello, con vista sul lago, spazioso e ben arredato. Proprietari gentilissimi. Ottima accoglienza. Vicino al centro. Vicino ai binari quindi soggetto al passaggio continuo di tremi , ma sinceramente, per niente fastidioso. Ci abbiamo soggiornato 5 e c'era spazio per muoverci liberamente. Essendo la temperatura non proprio ideale non abbiamo potuto approfittare della bellissima piscina del residence.

Pleanty of space in the appartment. Basic facilities with no oven, just a three ring hob. Power restrictions were an issue at times. The swimming pool was good quality but in need of some repair around it. Appartment was at the top of a steep hill and a car would be necessary. The manager was very helpfull and even brought us a breakfast basket on our first morning and offered us a lift to the supermarket as we did not have a car. He spoke good English which was a bonus , however the rest of the staff had no English and were hard to deal with. Overall enjoyable and would have no real issue returning.

Vreselijke accommodatie! Aan een heel druk spoor, zwembad is oud en overdekt, tuin is slecht onderhouden. Lift was heel onbetrouwbaar. Slechte bedden, vieze badkamer, overal spinnenwebben. Iemand had zich bezeerd want er liep over de galerij een heel bloed spoor. Dat lag er na 3 dagen nog in de brandende zon met 35,5 graden! Deze accommodatie is echt geen ster waard! Zou het iedereen afraden!!

Ho soggiornato per una settimana. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione,il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Appartamento pulito e confortevole

I will pay more for an alternative option next year. Whilst it's a beautiful residence with clean, modern rooms, I didn't like the service. The owners seem like nice people. The pool area is beautiful but wasn't maintained the one day I used it - I scooped 100+ insects out myself with the net which I had no problem doing. Maybe that's expected of the guests, I don't know. If so, fair enough. It's a nice area. Upon arrival we were charged 30€ extra for a one-time room cleaning (last day only) and 20€ for the bed sheets, of which I had no complaints as the room was cheaper - although this bumps the price up to the average in the area. Upon leaving I was told I need to put the dishes away which I had washed, and told to wipe down the kitchen entirely, even though we'd paid the cleaner's fee and the fact we'd already respectfully tidied it. She told me that as we got a special rate online, the cleaner won't clean the whole room, making us feel like a 'lower category' client for gettng a good deal. Also, when I'm on holiday and making french toast, I don't need nor appreciate the owner popping his head in the door to see what I'm cooking before commenting that the room will now smell bad and giving off a bad vibe. Why provide a kitchen if you can't cook? Cooking smells. What if I was naked? The internet was awful when I tried to use it, and was off for a good 12 hours at one point, and the washing machine didn't work, although they do have a separate laundry room which was good.

Nice aparment with own washing machine and little kithcen. The old lady was very nice, but she talked only italian. The owner (son of the lady) was unkindly man. There was feeling that he doesn`t like kids at all. And there are many rules you have to assimilate for example rules for recyckling of carbage. We tried to do our best, but everything was not ok (there are differences between countries) and the owner came to yell us very angry. There were a little bit anxious atmosphere, it feels like they watch every movement you do. And I can say that we are family that have never disturb anywhere. So I would say, plese, dont`t go if you have kids or you like relaxin atmosphere or you are not sure you can recyckle carbage just like they do in Italy. The owners dogs also were barking even at midnight. We love dogs, but this was not so nice on vacation.

Olimme sisarushotellissa, joka oli melkein tyhjä. Asiakaspalvelu ei parhaimmasta päästä ja jouduimme maksamaan 60 euroa enemmän koska yhtäkkiä hintaan ei sisältynytkään loppusiivousta eikä pyyhkeitä. Huoneisto oli muutoin oikein hyvä ja sijainti ok.

The stay was very good. Owner is helpful and friendly. The tax charged by the facility was too much .
