La limpieza, todo muy limpio. José el recepcionista, muy amable y el chico que estuvo el viernes , también muy amable, no sé su nombre disculpame . La terraza estupenda. Me alojé en la 101.

Muy básico, apenas luz en el baño, no había secador, y en el suelo había algunas losas rotas.

LGBTQ+ travelers DO NOT STAY HERE!. My friend was stopped at reception and was not allowed to enter my room, not even for a few minutes. This restrictive policy was not disclosed during the booking process. The room was booked for two people, yet the hotel treated a simple visit as if it were a security issue. I felt more like I was in a prison than a hotel. Staff constantly monitor who comes in and out, which is absurd for a one-star property with poor-quality rooms. How did they know that my friend wasn’t staying at this hotel? There are hundreds of guests here, so how could they possibly remember every single one? Especially that I was with him. I find this treatment unacceptable. Torremolinos is known for being open, welcoming, and LGBTQ+ friendly, but this hotel feels completely out of step with that spirit. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would never stay here again. Please pay more and book gay friendly hotel.
