Breakfast only fair service poor. Room very warm could not sleep.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and everything was explained perfectly about the hotel. Our stand out person on our visit was Saoirse in the bar serving meals.

Nothing , this is not a 4* hotel

the room is disappointing, the soap dispensers in the bathroom are empty, the coffee station dispenser has empty sugar and coffee packets, the dispenser is moldy and dirty, the waste bin in the bathroom is not cleaned. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, with strict rules. The bar staff has piercings in their lips and noses, which is unacceptable when serving food. Entering the hotel is difficult due to the haze of cigarette smoke from guests smoking cigarettes. There's no other smoking area, so everyone stands by the entrance door and smokes. The stench is awful.
