L'emplacement, la vue, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel.

Climatisation de la chambre en panne en weekend de forte chaleur. Aucune compensation pour le désagrément n'a été proposée. Je trouve cela dommage car cela fait partie du service payé. Offrir un verre ou un petit dejeuner, rien de plus m'aurait paru commercant.
