We were heading up to Door County for the day. Location put us on the right side of GreenBay to head north without any local traffic! Also breakfast was better than most we’ve had at other hotels.

Rob and his front desk staff (all of them, not just one) were great. They made sure we had everything we needed. We had a minor issue, but they fixed it for us right away. Wish there were more breakfast options and better parking, but we'd definitely stay there again if in the area just because of the staff.

"disappointed in what i did not receive when booking, otherwise it was an okay stay."

i have two little that wanted to take a bath, so i booked a room with a bathtub just to realize that there's not one. when i went to the front desk they told me that i had to contact booking.com because their end says a regular room without a bathtub and they couldn't change my room because they were already booked out!

Very nice breakfast. More than adequate. Parking was very convenient (I’m handicapped) I also loved the walk in shower. Again, very convenient for the handicapped. Great location too.

Another chair in the room, so one of us wouldn’t have to sit on the bed.

From check in to check out it was an excellent experience! The room was clean, spacious and quiet. 24/7 coffee in the lobby and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and we asked for a late check out and they extended it to 12 for us which was awesome! We will definitely be staying there again!
