Facilites lovely, pools lovely, kids club lovely, music great,

Staff in zacks bar and restaurant were rude and not just to us to everyone. Prices in hotel were so expensive, did not jave a problem with that if staff were even polite.

Pasemos muchisimo calor una habitacion para 3 personas sin aire ..aire solo habia en el salon chico la limpiesa regular muchos pelos por el suelo y para el colmo jose el camarero del bar muy singracia y prepotente.
