Toilet was clogged, internet was out, phone didn't work, tub was not clean, shower curtain had an oder...other than all just just OK. Called the manager twice...no return call yet...6 days later???

Dirty floors, dirty bed sheets with dog hair all over. We asked to switch rooms and the attendant was accommodating. When we got to the “new” room, there was vomit on the bed skirt and the carpet had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for another room yet again. They pit clean sheets on before we went up. No continental breakfast was served. Very Smokey smells even in the non smoking rooms. Trash and debris in the parking lot. But they did have a friendly desk staff.

not as advertised. No lake veiw, no breakfast. Gave a no smoking room. Supposed to be smoking.

I would stay . Went another hotel. Obviously lost my payment. First time ever. Not one to be overly critical

1. Dirty men standing outside smoking weed. 2. Linens were dirty. 3. Killed 25 flies in the room. 4. Gnats in the sink. 5. Room smelled. 6. Dirty. 7. Baseboards hanging off. 8. Staff didn't know how to do a refund, and said I could come back the next day.

Pool out of order and older property in need of general updating. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean but just not in great shape.

Great but I received phone calls about my credit card from the front desk

The room was infested with flies, there was chewed bubble gum on the bed, and dirt on the sheets. The night shift clerk was nice. When trying to discuss a refund since we left after 1.5 hours the day shift and second shift clerks were rude.
