Beautiful beachfront location with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The private beach and diving facilities were excellent, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Red Sea. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The Wi-Fi could be more reliable in some areas, and a few parts of the property could benefit from minor maintenance and modernization. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.

it would be great to include at least one room at the Grand Floor for people with disabilities

it is not designed for people with disabilities, there is no bonus for people with disabilities at all

The way that Mr Ahmed and Mr Mohanad are communicating with you is very supporting you they was super nice and supportive also all the other staff was very good, they was not disturbing you at all really if anyone want to go to Sharm to have relax and don't like the aqua park and music and activities this need to be your hotel in Sharm, the place is amazing you are directly on the beach, also they was taking care of all your requirements anything broke or like that after few minutes they was coming and fixing or replacing it for you and need you have they are doing the best for you to make it happen.

It's not about didn't like but if they changes some point the place will be more amazing 1. you can add all inclusive with sharing with the place in the beach. 2. taking care more about the breakfast which was same repeating everyday and for the other foods the quality was good but the taste need to work on it alot. 3. replace all the furniture because it very old. 4. add swimming pool in the back instead of the gared that is not using be anyone, by adding that you can have night activities also to the guests which will be much better for the experience.
