Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. Kindly note we will send payment link depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for deposit payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel. On 24 December and 31 December, a Gala dinner supplement is mandatory for all guests and is included in the nightly rate for 2 adults in all double room occupancies, and for the Family Villa rate is inclusive of gala dinner for 4 adults. For children 4–11 years, the rate is EUR 25 per child and this is to be paid upon check-in as it is not added to the rate plan. Please note as from May 2024 the spa will be temporary closed for maintenance and renovation. Started since 1 August 2023, Seychelles implemented New Environmental Sustainability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be SCR 75 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Hotel muito bonito. O nosso quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável. Área da piscina bastante agradável e o pequeno-almoço variado e aprazível.

O acesso aos quartos pode ser um bocadinho difícil pois tem subidas e descidas acentuadas. No entanto eles disponibilizam uma espécie de carrinhos de golfe para auxiliar nas deslocações.

Zaujimavo riešený rezort začlenený do pralesa. Mahe je veľmi kopcovitý ostrov. Príjemný personál, chutné jedlo. V okolí jedna z najkrajších pláží na ostrove. Odporúčam.

Schönes Resort im tropischen Wald mit Nähe zu schönen Stränden auf Mahé. Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Poollandschaft. Steil in den Hang gebaut. Man selbst und das Gepäck können jederzeit von einem Golfcar über das Gelände gefahren werden. Insgesamt ist es aber von Vorteil, gut zu Fuß zu sein.

Wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber war trotzdem sehr sauber!

Расположение. Чистые просторные номера. Кажднодневная уборка. Многочисленные принадлежности. Красивый бассейн. Вкусные завтраки, хотя и однообразные. Доброжелательный персонал

Однообразные завтраки. Иногда детям делали замечания, что разбрызгивать воду из бассейна, хотя это очевидно, что брызги летят когда дети плавают и играют. Почти все полотенца для бассейна и пляжа с неотстирывающимися пятнами

Nice view!

Rude staff!! 0 hospitality. The manager Christian? Is lovely and amazing. The shorter men and women that were at breakfast are extremely rude; unprofessional and stood around on their phones and rushed to eat their breakfast at 9.15!

Full of lizards For the amount of the money I paid I wasn’t expected to see any lizard I have severe phobia and I didn’t sleep for one single night because of it

Some staffs been unprofessional: like hanzaluatullah in restaurant and Piana in spa and others

The unit was larger than expected with a lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous lush mountains. It was clean and everything worked. Location was close to a lovely beach and within close proximity to other stunning beaches. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient and the staff always friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Loved everything about the resort. Next time I would hire a car as the busses are complicated, do not get everywhere you would like to go and certainly a little scary to travel in. Taxi's are massively expensive! For anyone reading this - hire a car.
