Royal Dunes Resort

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Plenty of space. Unit was clean and spacious with a great washer and dryer. There were nice yard games for the kids to play with. We have a very large car so we were nervous about the parking situation mentioned by other reviewers, but there were plenty of spots inside and outside and we had no trouble. Easy walk to the beach and a convenient location.

Great 3 bedroom condo, prime location

This was a fantastic space for our family of five! Large, comfortable rooms and a short distance to the beach. We loved it!

Friendly staff

Parking spots were a little narrow so i don't recommend a bigger truck otherwise the location and accommodations are excellent.

Value was excellent for a 3 bedroom /3 bath condo in July. Property and upkeep was great. The beach was walkable and staff was helpful. Would have stayed a week but had other obligations.

It was a cost effective option for my family, relatively close to the beach.

This was our first time staying here. The communication from the staff was prompt, thorough and friendly. The unit was spacious and comfortable and offered what you would hope and expect to find in terms of amenities. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach. We will stay here again next trip!
