Royal Dunes Resort

Great location! Quick walk to the beach. Pool area was a plus. Condo offered anything you might need and more. Having the two primary suites and the third bedroom made this condo work great for our family. The furniture was well used but clean and still functioning. Laundry in suite made helped us pack lighter and enjoy traveling light. We will definitely go back and have our morning coffee on the patio.

Excellent location. 2 huge master bedrooms in one rental is ideal! Hot tub was clean and relaxing.

The 3BR / 2BA unit was nice. The size was quite impressive. The quality of the build was average. Given that most of the amenities were shut down due to COVID-19 I cannot comment on such. Those that were open were not facemasks compliant so we did not utilize, for example, the pool. Otherwise, a value proposition for sure!

Nice area, quiet, walking distance to the beach. Beds were comfortable in the condo. Condo was clean , could use some upgrading the front door had paint peeling off, furniture has some stains on it, water pressure was horrible in the showers, but overall nice experience, I would stay there again.

Spacious condo in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The communal areas are well maintained. There’s a nice pool and jacuzzi land lots of trees.

Best part was the size of the apartment with the two masters. Only thing i would suggest is to upgrade to bigger TVs and update the bathrooms. Property needs a better pool as it is not big enough to accommodate 3 buildings. Overall i would stay at this property next time as well

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Even though we visited during the covid time, we felt safe here. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Having bedrooms with their own bathroom is a plus! We would definitely stay here again!
