"It was a decent place to stop for a night to rest while traveling."

Check-in until midnight was important for us. Manager at the front desk was pleasant at 11:45 pm when we checked in.

The hallway carpets were very stained. It made the place look shabby. The breakfast didn’t include yogurt which should be a staple.

"Very Good"

Breakfast was not good. Eggs had no taste, grits not good, cereal was stale and sausage not good. Toasted a bagel that was good and yogurt was good.

Location great for continuing on with our trip. Room not quite as I nice as I remembered , patched curtain but was comfortable.

"Bad Unprofessional Customer Service"

This property may need to re think who they let represent them, I booked a room a week in advance from booking.com. and paid in advance, then I called the property to make sure my reservation was there. well when me and my lady arrived at the hotel, this very unprofessional person at the desk told me I could not get a room after we drove from Raleigh and me from RMT. because of a 30 mile radius ban of people that live in the area. well I asked to let my lady book the room and was still declined, I am a local government business man just needing a room that I already paid for I understand there are people that vandalise property. but we're not the ones, plus we have stayed there twice before, If Choice hotel and ENA95 LLC. Let this type of unprofessional person represent there property, then I will take my business some where else, Customer service is key to a business, this guy needs training and to learn how to interact with the public...

"Nice hotel. I'm debating whether or not to pay for the rooms since false advertising was involved."

Breakfast was good, plenty of food...

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Booking.com LIED on their booking of the room stating we had two king suites, each with a king bed and sleeper sofa...which would have been great for a family of 5. Unfortunately we were given two rooms, neither had a sleeper sofa so not enough beds for our family. Completely unacceptable. I will NEVER us Booking.com again for this type of service as I have asked around and false advertising seems to be part of the business model. Either get more information on your end for appropriate bookings or don't false advertise. It's basically fraud.
