"Worst hotel ever, don’t waste your money here"

Nothing

Nothing, this is bad hotel they dont have any sense of customer service. They called 10 hours before the check-in to tell that the A/C was not working for the whole property and asked to cancel. I had booked the hotel 3-4 weeks prior and this caused so much panic and extra money i have to pay for other hotel. Choose NOVOTEL if visiting Visakhapatnam and stay as far as possible from this hotel. I would never book any room going forward in this chain

"Deteriorating hotel in an excellent location"

Excellent location with a private beach and amazing South Indian food for breakfast.

On the first day we were given a room below the grade we booked and it was a very old room which also had cockroaches in the bathroom. On the second day we got our sea view room but there was a massive wedding with stage just outside which blocked the view. Very disappointing - hotel needs major upkeep.

"Horrible"

Very worst service with a 10K+ room/night Services are very poor. Rooms are not cleaned, its looks like 2-3K standard rooms. Very old property. Food is not up to the mark
