The bed was fine-Unless you like flat pillows bring your own!

Staff was nice. It is clean.

Noisy air conditioner. The place is old & needs updating, remodeling

Had to stand on chair to reach air conditioner

Truthfully the whole experience was depressing. The building and parking lot need maintenance. My air conditioner was so noisy I had to unplug it. The towels were stained. The bathroom drain was sunken in and the grout between the tiles in the shower was grungy. The breakfast was unappealing.

Very small bathroom. Bathroom horrible condition including many stains in bath tub. Flat horrible pillows. Air conditioner extremely loud.

I would not stay here again. The building is in rough shape. Our first room had dirty sheets, the AC didn't work, and the smell of smoke was over whelming. They did give us a new room, which was cleaner and a little more up to date.

Breakfast was poor. No eggs or meat

Doesn’t do any good to have a secure entrance door if it is allowed to place a rock to keep the secure door from closing. Our hotel door lock didn’t lock, as 2 females we preferred to have a door that locked. The employee said “nothing bad has ever happened here” we insisted on a correction or a different room. He accommodated with a new room.

It was better than expected but still I have paid less for more.

I paid via booking.com and then the hotel also charged me so I paid double. Neither the hotel, nor booking.com thinks they should pay me back. Will not use booking.com again. Will not stay at Rodeway Inn again.
