The room was clean but very dated. Parking lot and area around the property was rundown.

We did get good service.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Areas around the property needed to be addressed. Planters were left sitting around the door. The retaining wall was deteriorated. There were just things that needed to be put away or straightened up. The curbs are damaged, which could lead to a safety issue. I know the city is responsible for the water, but taste terrible. I would show up at a city meeting to address your concerns. Suggestion, maybe some peanut butter at breakfast and leave the butter sit out so it is spreadable.
