The room and front desk people were very sweet

I loved the comfy bed! Definitely needed for the wife and I!

It was warm

It would be nice if the smoking area wasn’t right out front of the front doors. We were trying to unload our vehicle and the smell of someone smoking was so bad.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Wonderful place.

Front desk staff was excellent.

The tile work was not finished and the fixtures were loose. My room was next to the elevators which they often do for expedia rooms and is was horribly loud. they are generous enough to provide a single bottle of water daily but charge $4 for a regular sized pop.

I had booked a room with two queen beds about a month in advance Ended up with a king and a pull out couch. When asked at the front desk they said they didn’t have any rooms left with two queen beds but the couch pulls out. I asked if the pull out couch was decent to sleep on. They said oh yes it’s good. They gave me an extra blanket to put under me. The mattress was awful. I could feel every spring and bar under me. We could hear everything that was happening above us and beside us. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
