"Enjoyed the stay will always come back & Bonaza is a big draw"

Ive been staying here twice a year for over 20 years. The rooms always seem damp. The dehumidifier runs 24/7 it bothers the others not me. They noticed their socks were wet/damp when walking around

The festive decorations and attention to the season was great.

"I would not stay there again unless no other choice!"

The staff handled my problem quickly

Initially the room we were given(151) had not even been cleaned. Walked in and bed was unmade and trash still in room. Had never experienced this before at any hotel/motel!

I like the outside pool . The night shift manager was not very good and not helpful at all. I had booked a handicap bathroom and upon arrival was told that one was not available and was told I could go elsewhere if I wanted . Ended up having to go buy a handicap shower chair so I could shower. Trash pick up and clean towels were unavailable, only to discover you had to fill out a card to request that on last night. Would have been good to know at check in . Will not be visiting this location again .

I liked the pool and outside sitting area . Friendly cleaning staff .

Variety and the person staffing the area

Water pressure and the shower curtain in our room. Water pressure was a little lacking and the shower curtain was too small for the shower
