"Disappointing"

Front desk staff was amazing

Well, the room did not get cleaned at all, and we did not put the do not clean sign out... we put our towels in a pile for the cleaning staff but they were never picked up and didn't take trash out.

The staff was courteous. The only decent area was the breakfast area. No complaints about the breakfast. Good variety of food choices and it was tasty

DIRTY carpet in hallway and room, we used Lysol everywhere in the room, grass uncut and tall. Dirty surfaces everywhere. Couldn’t believe the condition of this hotel inside and out

"We went for a baseball tournament and wanted a trustworthy hotel and for the most part we got that just the accommodatio"

The Staff was amazing. Crystal and Caitlyn went above and beyond and they truly made our stay tolerable.

The rooms were stuffy and felt moisture in the air. The washing machine did not drain the boys sports uniforms.
